Privacy Policy

Receipt Pair automates receipt capture: it reads bank transactions you connect, searches your connected email account for matching receipt attachments, and forwards them to the accounting system you choose.

Data we process

• Account data: email address and password hash for sign in.
• Integration credentials: API tokens and OAuth refresh tokens, encrypted at rest.
• Transaction data: merchant, amount, currency and date from your connected bank.
• Receipt attachments: stored as PDFs in private per tenant storage.

What we do not do

• We do not read email content beyond searching for receipt attachments.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• We do not store raw email content.
