We match receipts you already receive by email against your bank feed, and OCR the photos and scans you drop in. Running extraction on Cloudflare's edge network keeps that cheap enough to include rather than meter.
Pricing questions
Is the free plan actually free?
Yes. No card required, and it is not a trial. The free plan covers 50 matched transactions a month, which is enough for many freelancers. Paid plans start with a separate 14-day free trial.
What happens when I go over 50 transactions on Free?
Matching pauses at the limit and resumes next month. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged; upgrade when the report starts feeling cramped.
Why is it cheaper than Dext or Receiptor?
We run on Cloudflare's edge platform, where OCR and extraction cost fractions of a cent per document. Low running costs are a feature of the architecture, not a discount we will regret.
Does my bookkeeper or accountant count as a seat?
No. Pro includes one invite seat at no extra cost. Companies managing several workspaces use the Business plan instead.
What about the yearly price?
Pro is €90 per year, two months free. Business annual billing is arranged when you talk to us.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 14 days of Pro, no card required. If you never add a card, the workspace returns to the free plan when the trial ends; nothing is charged.
Can I get my data out if I leave?
Always. CSV export and a full JSON export of your workspace are built in on every plan, including Free.
