We match receipts you already receive by email against your bank feed. Tools that scan paper receipts or extract line items charge more because that work costs more; if most of your receipts arrive by email, you should not be paying for it.
Pricing questions
Is the free plan actually free?
Yes. No card required, no trial countdown. The free plan covers 50 matched transactions a month, which is enough for many freelancers.
What happens when I go over 50 transactions on Free?
Matching pauses at the limit and resumes next month. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged; upgrade when the report starts feeling cramped.
Why is it cheaper than Dext or Receiptor?
We run on Cloudflare's edge platform and avoid expensive OCR by working with receipts that already arrive digitally. Low running costs are a feature of the architecture, not a discount we will regret.
Does my accountant count as a seat?
No. Pro includes an accountant invite at no extra cost. Accountants managing several clients use the Accountant plan instead.
What about the yearly price?
Pro is €90 per year, two months free. Accountant annual billing is arranged when you talk to us.
Can I get my data out if I leave?
Always. CSV export and a full JSON export of your workspace are built in on every plan, including Free.
