Which banks does it work with?
Wise connects directly, and European banks connect through PSD2 open banking (Enable Banking): pick your country, approve access on your bank's page, and transactions sync on their own. Every other bank works through a CSV or PDF statement upload, which also covers history the bank connection cannot reach.
Which inboxes does it work with?
Gmail and Outlook connect with one OAuth click. Any other mailbox (Fastmail, Zoho, iCloud, self-hosted) connects over IMAP with an app password.
Can Receipt Pair read my email?
It searches your inbox for receipt attachments with read only access. It cannot send, delete, or modify anything, and it does not store raw email content.
Can it read a photo of a receipt?
Yes. Drop a phone photo or a scanned PDF and OCR transcribes the merchant, amounts, and VAT, then the same matching rules pair it with the charge. You can also forward receipt emails to your own inbound address.
What happens when no receipt exists?
The charge lands on your missing receipt report with the merchant, amount, and date, ready to chase.
How far back can it go?
About a year of Wise history through the API, and as far back as your statements reach with CSV or PDF upload.
Can I share it with my bookkeeper or team?
Yes. Invite them into your workspace with their own login, or hand over the missing receipt export.
