Stop chasing clients for receipts.
Your client's charges pair with their inbox receipts automatically. What is left is a short, honest list of what to actually chase.
The monthly chase, automated
- 01
Today you email the client a list of unexplained charges. They reply in two weeks, half complete.
- 02
With Receipt Pair the client's own inbox supplies most receipts before you ever ask.
- 03
For the rest, one click emails the vendor for the invoice, with polite follow ups every 7 days. Replies to the client's inbound address file themselves.
- 04
What remains is a missing receipt report: merchant, amount, date. Short enough that clients actually answer it.
Danish VAT, sorted as receipts land
Every matched receipt is read for supplier country, VAT rate and amount, invoice number, and document date. Rules then classify each purchase: domestic input VAT, EU or import reverse charge, foreign VAT, or non-deductible.
Reverse charge amounts land on both sides of the return, foreign VAT is kept out of the claim, and a December invoice paid in January counts in December.
The VAT return summary for any period is one click away, currency-separated, with a CSV export for the working papers. Re-reading a document with a hint is built in when a field needs a second look.
Two ways to work with a client
Inside the workspace
The client invites you with your own login and an accountant role. You see transactions, pairings, and the missing report, without touching their bank or inbox credentials.
From the export
No login needed. The client exports the missing receipt report as CSV and sends it. You work the list, they fetch what only they can fetch.
What the client does, once
-
Connects the bank
A read only Wise token, or a CSV or PDF statement from any bank. History can be pulled back through the same connection.
-
Connects the inbox
One Gmail OAuth click, read only. Receipt Pair never sends or touches their mail.
-
Adds your inbox
Matched receipts forward to the capture address you give them, or land in storage for you to collect.
Every Monday, one email
The weekly digest says what is still missing and what just arrived. It exists so the chase stays a Monday task, not a background hum.
Nothing else nags. No alerts for things that resolved themselves.
